Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched from London, United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt and are dispatched from Monday - Friday. The cut-off point for shipment on Friday is 2pm GMT.  If you need your item to be shipped urgently on Saturday - please contact us so we can make arrangements for you.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All domestic orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 2nd Signed For service (this takes usually 2-3 working days to arrive). Shipping rates within the UK are £3.80 and an additional £1.00 for each item after thereafter. We also offer Special Next Day Delivery for £11.00 and an additional £1.00 thereafter. If you need your order to be shipped with an alternative service or courier, please contact us in advance.

International Shipping

We ship all over the world! All orders (excluding Express Shipping) are shipped via the Royal Mail International tracked service. This usually take 5-7 working days to arrive. There may be delays during the holiday season. International shipping is charged at £14 for the first item and £8 for each additional item.

We also offer Express Shipping for those who need it for £40. This is usually delivered within 2-4 working days.

Please note we no longer ship to Germany.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Lost Or Damaged During Transit is not liable for orders damaged or lost during transit. Please contact Royal Mail's shipping partner in your country (for more information on who the shipping partner is in your country, please check tracking details).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

If we cannot validate the shipping address provided, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Haute Wigs will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
