Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Thanks for shopping at Haute Wigs. We offer a no hassle returns policy so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it ie with the tag attached along with the lace front still intact (if any). Your item must be in the original packaging when returned and include the wig bag, hair net and wig cap plus anything else included in the parcel when received. The returned parcel must also contain a return note detailing the buyer's name and address.

Please ensure the item is returned via a secure method of delivery and proof of shipping is obtained.

Refunds

Once your purchase is returned back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome!

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it ie with the tag attached along with the lace front still intact (if any). Your item must be in the original packaging when returned and include the wig bag, hair net and wig cap plus anything else included in the parcel when received. The returned parcel must also contain a return note detailing the buyer's name and address along with details of the wig you would like to exchange it for. Please contact us beforehand so we can reserve the item for you.

Please ensure the item is returned via a secure method of delivery and proof of shipping is obtained. Shipping will have to be repurchased in order for us to send out the exchange.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and the original shipping cost paid to receive your order is non refundable - this will be deducted from the total when issuing the refund.
